At the moment I don’t have the time to do something for my shop because I’m working on a commission. A colleague of my husband wants an Amy Butler Messenger Bag for her daughter’s graduation. I’ve made one before, as a present for him, and it really was a work of love, because there are so many pieces to cut and steps to take, so I know it’ll take some time, but at least I’ve cut the rather flobby fabric already. Now this pile is waiting to be sewn:
Zur Zeit habe ich keine Zeit, neue Sachen für meinen Shop zu machen, weil ich eine Auftragsarbeit erledigen muss. Eine Kollegin meines Mannes wünscht zum Examen ihrer Tochter eine Amy Butler Messenger Bag. Ich habe so eine schon mal als Geschenk für ihn genäht und es war wirklich ein Liebesdienst, denn es sind sehr viele Teile und Arbeitsschritte, also wird es noch eine Weile dauern, bis ich fertig bin. Aber zumindest der Zuschnitt ist erledigt.
